Information regarding scheduled technology upgrades for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the Automated Telephone Banking Service
We strive to continually improve the tools and services we offer to help you manage your money easily and with confidence , with your security and system reliability as a central focus of our efforts. This means that, from time to time, we may need to perform maintenance and implement enhancements on the systems that enable Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the automated Telephone Banking Service. To minimize disruption to account access, we strive to choose times when fewer customers access these services.
Our next scheduled technology upgrades will be on Saturday, June 27 from 10 p.m. to Sunday, June 28 at 2:00 a.m. ET and then on Sunday, June 28 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the automated Telephone Banking Service will be unavailable during these times.
Our Customer Care Center will also be closing early on Sunday, June 28 at 3:30 p.m. ET. For those who need to speak with a Customer Service consultant, please call back during normal business hours on Monday, June 29 at 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265). Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
